The BG Family is very supportive, understanding, and they work with you. They try to keep you working. However, sometimes you can get called for a job with very short notice. As well, most of the jobs are temporary. It is really hard to get called for a temp-to-permanent hire, but it can happen.

There is always something in the pipeline. I worked Monday through Friday am to pm at different Apartment complexes in the greater Houston area.
