Not a good way to run a business! This is a really awesome store for livestock! Their cichlid selection was incomparable and the prices were way cheaper than some of the other local stores. Some of the community tanks were empty but I still saw a lot of fish I had never seen at the chain stores.
The employees that helped me were very knowledgeable about mixing fish and helping me get my water chemistry right, very patient with beginners and questions.
