My upload speeds were super slow even after a reboot. As believe me, I know the pain of the customer service as xfinity and Verizon are both owned by Comcast and essentially the same company. They have been rated as the worst service almost every year. TBpnw So terrible lol. Unfortunately when that happens for me, my work gave us a MiFi on Verizon's network so we still have to work until the battery is out on that.
