Phoenix nokia 2009 mf

I can connect my phone to PSS and get the phone info to appear in the bottom task bar. I gather from this that the files in questioned have been modified. However, what does one do in such a situation. Is my only option, other than leave the phone as it is, to install one of the custom firmware packages? After a minute or so PSS recognises the USB port into which the phone is connected and changes the dropdown menu to show this. All this is just as you describe. Is this what I should expect?

Some descriptions show these fields populated and some do not. I am not sure how these become populated and when. I also notice that the error message only objects to two of the firmware files which seems to indicate that there is some problem with these specific files.

Now I know the reason of your problem! Usually this error occurs when doing normal flashing phone is in ON condition. Here are the instructions —. I was reluctant to try this in case the update failed and I was left with a dead phone that I could not get back into life.

I thought that this may be a safer way of updating the firmware and I was able to download the firmware files successfully or so I believed — I am not sure where they are placed when they are downloaded.

Can you say? I backed up the data using Nokia Suite. I am uncertain which was is safest to proceed. If there is a significant risk of bricking the phone irretrievably, then I am best off putting up with the out of dat firmware. Your thoughts? It is really sad to know this! To help you out in this matter I have a few questions — which Windows version you have in computer?

If it is Windows 10 then the problem might be due to Nokia phone drivers. It is a known issue with Win I think that you have misunderstood the situation slightly. It still operates.

I think that NSRT did not start downloading the firmware to the phone. When the software reported that the connection to the phone had been lost I detached the USB cable and tried the phone. As far as I have been able to tell it is fully functional. The Windows version I have been using is Windows 7. I had thought that the driver was bit the problem because NSRT initially checks the phone to find the model details before downloading the correct firmware version from the server.

This step appeared to be successful. Incidentally, are you able to tell me where NSRT would have placed the downloaded firmware files so that I can check that they are in fact there.

I am not sure what it was I did differently that finally allowed me to do this but everything seems to be working fine and the improvements were well worth pursuing. Thanks for your information. Without it I probably could not have succeeded.

I am not sure if this blog is still on. Excellent work btw! Here is my question. I am trying to flash an E52 RM on windows7 and phoenix gives me the same error message all over:.
